Our restaurant, Buckboard BBQ & Grill, is located in the city of Covina, CA, where we feature “Santa Maria Style” barbecue, along with other wonderful menu items, like our ‘hickory smoked ribs’
and award winning ‘Buckboard Chili’.
Our catering division is full service, featuring three distinctly different types of barbecue;
“Santa Maria Style”, “Traditional Western” and Mexican themed ”El Ranchero”, along with a full compliment of non-barbecue menus.
“Santa Maria Style” barbecue began with the Spanish settlement of California well over a century ago, and has become synonymous with great food and hospitality.
Since 1991, we have had the privilege of serving our friends and clients that same ‘authentic’ and ‘traditional’ “Santa Maria Style” barbecue.
You can stop by the restaurant and eat here or take it to go; or if you are entertaining guests try our “Party Paks”. For larger groups, check out our catering menus for “cooking on site”, “staff serve” or “drop off”, but you can be assured, you will always receive the very highest quality of food and service.
